Chip-on-board and/or surface mount assembly methods are used
to mount the driver and controller ICs and other components to the module PC board. Then
the LCD panel, PC board, backlight and bezel are assembled into the finished module.
Following burn-in, testing and outgoing QA, the modules are
ready to be packaged for shipment.
